At New Beginnings we make the registration process simple. Before anything, we ask that you schedule a tour at one of our three locations. We’d love for you to see our facilities and meet our administrators to ensure that the best choice is being made for your child’s education.

Once you complete your tour, it’s time to fill out a registration packet! Please download the following registration forms and bring them to New Beginnings. The forms are also available to pick up during your school tour. Once the registration packet is filled out IN FULL, we can begin the enrollment process for your child.
